So Rebekah's head ct didn't show any reason for her sudden fontanel fullness so the preliminary diagnosis is hydrocephalus ex vacuo. That means she has excess cerebral fluid for no apparent reason. The neuro radiologist is going to look at it and they are going to do neuro checks every 4 hours throughout the night.
